Shared hosting allows one website in the root, but multiple subdomains. Using wildcard subdomains it would unlimited, and then you could use a multi-site setup (WordPress or Drupal for example) where each unique site would be a subdomain, but unique sites for unique domain names is not allowed.

Subdomain limits:

Regular: 30

Extended: 150

Extended Plus: 150

Business Plus is shared hosting, but in addition to extra resources, it allows one main domain and 4 "Addon Domains", explained below.

VPS hosting (all plans) allows one website in the root and unlimited subdomains. It also allows a multi-site setup (WordPress or Drupal for example) where each unique site can be a unique domain name. In such a case, however, email addresses would be aliased, meaning would be the same mailbox as if those were my two domains.

Reseller VPS accounts allow unlimited "Addon Domains" which means each addon domain gets its own unique webroot and unique email accounts.

Operational costs are higher there for us, thus we unfortunately must raise our prices.

You can purchase an account with the intent to use it just as a trial. If you are not satisfied with it, then with 60 days for shared hosting, or within 14 days for VPS hosting, just contact us to cancel and we will refund your purchase price. Domain name purchases, however, are not refundable.

Yes, we can migrate your site from your existing host. There is no fee for that.

Yes, our system makes a full backup of all files and databases (and emails) for all accounts twice a day every day. Those are kept on file, on a physically separate server, for 7 days for shared hosting and 15 days for VPS hosting.

Yes, on all accounts except for the Regular Account, you can create sub-users for your hosting Control Panel.

Yes, we are a domain name registrar and you can purchase a new domain name through us, or transfer your existing domain to us.

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with our service and support within 60 days of your purchase (15 days for VPS hosting) just contact us and we will refund your purchase fee in full. Domain name purchases, however, are not refundable.
