We provide ssh access, but do not allow root access. The control panel is the same as for our shared hosting, but the resources available are drastically different.

The software environment on the server is very similar to our shared hosting environment. However, adding modules/software without extensive testing can affect this software environment; therefore, it will not be possible to grant all requests about additional software. If you need anything specific, you can contact our Support Team and we will review your request.

Multiple Sites

Our VPS accounts support one webroot. Multiple domain names can be added, but they are “parked domains” not “add-on domains” which means that they all resolve to the same document root, i.e. the same website. Multiple unique sites can therefore be achieved using the multisite features of WordPress or Drupal.
